I have been making Granola for nearly twenty years now, refining and adapting the recipe as I went along. This Granola is the latest version, and takes into account the many requests I received for a wheat free version. I’ve lost count of the number of cereals I’ve tried over the years and, for me, my granola is the only one that satisfies me so I’m not reaching for the biscuit barrel by mid-morning.
Ingredients
Jumbo Rolled Oats, Rapeseed Oil, Desiccated Coconut, Black Treacle, Fructose, Cashew Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Golden Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Oligofructose* Syrup, Almonds, Roasted Hazel Nuts, Walnuts
*Oligofructose is a natural soluble fibre derived from chicory. As a prebiotic it helps to maintain a healthy digestive system.
Allergy Advice
Contains tree nuts. Dairy-free, wheat free**. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No hydrogenated oils. No GMOs. Made in a factory which handles peanuts and sesame seeds
**For coeliacs: natural field oats may contain traces of wheat. We cannot guarantee that this product is gluten free.
Caution
Not suitable for small children who can choke on nuts.
