100g dark Belgian Chocolate 175g GoodCarb Original Granola 250g Ricotta cheese 250g low fat Crème Fraiche 2 medium eggs 3 leaves gelatine 2 tbs milk 25g fructose 2 Limes Method 1. Melt chocolate 2. Add GoodCarb Original Granola 3. Press firmly into greased tray and pop in fridge 4. Whisk together the ricotta cheese, crème fraiche, egg yolks and fructose 5.
