80g dark plain 100g non-hydrogenated soft margarine 133g fructose 1tsp vanilla extract 2 medium free-range eggs 80g ground almonds 60g walnut pieces Method 1. Melt chocolate 2. Mix margarine & fructose and whisk until light & fluffy 3. Add eggs & almonds, vanilla & melted chocolate, then walnuts 4. Pour in to tin 5. Bake in oven for 25/30 min 6.
