I am afraid that losing weight is still a matter of “calories in versus calories out”. So if you are eating more calories than you are using for daily living and this includes exercise, then you will gain weight. But help is at hand! My Granola has been formulated with slow release energy in the form of oats, nuts and seeds. If you eat a 50g portion of Lizi's Granola for breakfast it will help you through the morning and keep you going until lunch time. By doing this you will cut out the inappropriate snacking of sugar- laden biscuits and bars. Over the day you will find that you will eat less because you started the day with a slow energy release breakfast. But you still need to exercise. Any diet, without exercise will not help you in the long term. |
