Meet our experts
Entrepreneur, behavioural therapist and performance mentor Tracey Hill helps people tap into their full potential. Tracey is passionate about understanding human potential and has dedicated her time to researching the mind-body connection, cognitive neuroscience and alternative healing. Her mission is to educate others on how to live life on their own terms with resilience, calmness, strength, perseverance, and courage. She is trained in regressive hypnosis and is a speaker and podcast host.
Esther Marie is a yoga, movement and mindfulness teacher with a passion for bringing yoga off the mat and into people’s lives. She found yoga while struggling with burnout, discovering how mindfulness could help in managing emotional stress. Her practice is more like moving meditation than focused training, and is about self-care on a physical, aesthetic and soul level rooted in habits that cultivate inner peace, resilience, and strength.
Eve Kalinik is a nutritional therapist, author and podcaster who focuses on gut health. Her books include Be Good to Your Gut and Happy Gut, Happy Mind, and she co-hosts the podcast The Wellness Breakdown with Rosemary Ferguson. She is regularly quoted and featured in media outlets, from The Guardian to Vogue, and leads interactive workshops, talks and retreats. Eve is a registered member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
