Granola Banana Bread

Banana bread is one of our favourite comfort foods here at Lizi’s. To put our mark on a classic, we recommend trying a handful of granola in the recipe instead of adding the normal chopped nuts or chocolate chips to banana bread. It adds a lovely texture and is a great way of jazzing up an old favourite.
