Instructions
  1. Pop all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Alternatively, if the granola is very nobbly, put it in the food processor to grind it to a more uniform shape so it will make balls more easily.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed.
  3. Either way there's minimal washing up!
Lay some greaseproof paper on a baking tray.
Use your hands to roll the mix into balls bigger than walnuts, smaller than golf balls.
  4. Place on the greaseproof paper and then put in the fridge until set, an hour or so. Pack in a tupperware box and store in a cool box if you think it's going to get really hot.
