Granola, Pecan and Chocolate Cookies
These gorgeous cookies are perfect for snacking with a mid morning cup of tea or coffee. Their rich chocolate flavour and their texture and crunch make them a favourite for all the family.

  1. Preheat oven to 180c. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. You may need to use your hands to thoroughly combine everything. You are looking for a slightly sticky dough.
  2. Using your hands make balls the size of walnuts and drop slightly apart on a lined baking sheet. They will spread slightly. Bake for 10m or until golden on top. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool before eating. Great for breakfast or after school snacks.
