  • 1 large handful Lizi's Granola
  • 1 small pot Greek yoghurt
  • 1 dsp Honey The runny kind works best
  • 1 handful Strawberries or any fruit depending what is in season. Berries are nice, but so is banana or chopped apple or even stewed plums or prunes

Instructions
  1. Ideally in a sundae glass – or if not a small tumbler – layer up the ingredients. Put some fruit in the bottom of the glass, then add half the yoghurt, drizzle on half the honey and then sprinkle with half the granola and repeat. To be eaten immediately. A festive way to start the day!
