Lizi's Breakfast Sundae
A beautifully indulgent way to enjoy your favourite granola
  • 1large handful Lizi's Granola
  • 1small pot Greek yoghurt
  • 1dsp HoneyThe runny kind works best
  • 1handful Strawberriesor any fruit depending what is in season. Berries are nice, but so is banana or chopped apple or even stewed plums or prunes
  1. Ideally in a sundae glass – or if not a small tumbler – layer up the ingredients. Put some fruit in the bottom of the glass, then add half the yoghurt, drizzle on half the honey and then sprinkle with half the granola and repeat. To be eaten immediately. A festive way to start the day!
