Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C (fan)
  2. Peel and mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 inch square tin (that has been greased and lined) or a silicone mold and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before slicing into squares
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to three days
