Gluten-Free Cereal
Whether you have eliminated gluten from your diet out of choice, or necessity, you should still be able to enjoy a wide range of delicious and nutritious products, including indulgent breakfast items.
At Lizi’s, we feel it’s important that we cater to those people with special dietary requirements and nutritional choices, which is why we created our Gluten-Free Nuts and Seeds Granola.
Created for those that avoid gluten, but suitable for everyone, this luxury gluten-free granola is rich and decadent, full of toasted gluten-free oats, nuts and baked seeds for our signature Lizi’s crunch.
What is gluten-free?
A gluten-free diet is exactly that – one that excludes eating any food that contains gluten.
Gluten is a protein found in grains such as wheat, barley and rye, staple ingredients for an abundance of everyday foods, including bread, cereals, couscous, cakes and processed foods and packaged goods.
There are a number of reasons that people decide to exclude gluten from their diet. For those with celiac disease, gluten can cause the body’s immune system to overreact to the protein, damaging the villi that line the small intestine as a result and preventing the absorption of vital nutrients.
It is also possible to be gluten intolerant or gluten sensitive. A condition whereby people experience a range of symptoms that include headaches, abdominal pain, fatigue and skin conditions.
Wake up to a gluten-free breakfast
While following a diet that is both functional and nutritious, it is possible to eat a healthy breakfast that also feels decadent and indulgent – with a gluten-free cereal such as our gluten-free granola.
We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why we’ve packed our gluten-free granola full of ingredients that are rich in fibre and a good source of healthy fats and protein while being completely free from gluten.
What’s more is that at just 5% sugar per 50g portion, and a glycaemic load of 4.6, you have peace of mind that Lizi’s gluten-free granola will keep your blood sugar levels maintained, keeping you from reaching for unhealthy mid-morning snacks.
Fruit is inherently free from gluten, so to add some natural sweetness and extra nutrients to your breakfast, we recommend pairing it with fresh fruit such as berries, apples, cherries, mango and pineapple and gluten-free yoghurt.

A gluten-free cereal that doesn’t compromise on taste
The flavour of our gluten-free granola is brought to you by the deep, rich flavour of black treacle. The bitter-sweet flavour is perfectly complemented by the nutty, lighter pairing of coconut, making it the perfect cereal for those that like to indulge, but don’t want to be overloaded with a sweet cereal.
A combination of gluten-free oats, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and a variety of toasted seeds deliver the signature Lizi’s crunch and a dose of fibre to keep your digestive system healthy.
