What is glycaemic load?
Glycaemic load (GL) is a measure that considers how much carbohydrate is in a food, together with how quickly it raises the blood’s glucose level. It’s a good way to determine how food will keep you feeling full, and keep providing you with energy, which is why we test all Lizi’s products for the GL measurement. So, you can make better choices with Lizi’s; our cereals won’t give you an energy hit, followed by a slump. Learn more about glycaemic load, and the effect it has on your body, here.
Is Lizi’s packaging recyclable?
Yes. We have spent a great deal of time sourcing the right materials that mean our packaging is recyclable while also ensuring the high quality of the cereal inside.
