Lizi’s 2024 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Lizi’s 2 Southgate Way Peterborough UK PE2 6YG (company no. 03763697) whose registered office is at Lizi’s, 2 Southgate Way, Peterborough, PE2 6YG, United Kingdom.
2. The competition is open to Lizi’s followers and online community followers aged 18 years or over except employees of Lizi’s, Life Health Foods, associated companies and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. To qualify for entering this competition, you must be based in the UK. You must have a UK postal address. Only the granola itself will be gifted.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. By completing your registration, you consent to the answer, your name and photo being publicly shared.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person across all social channels. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
7. Closing date for entry will be 27th December 11:59pm GMT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
   • Enter the competition on Instagram/Facebook by:
     1. Following/liking our social media account
     2. Liking the competition post
     3. Sharing a picture (having spotted the big screen) on your personal stories (Instagram) OR Comment on the post where your closest Waitrose is located (Facebook)
   • Each winners details will be shared with our social media agency partner Social Network Solutions
   • One individual winner will receive a month’s supply of Lizi’s Indulgent Moments granola (equivalent to x4 – 350g packets of granola)
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows:
    • One individual winner will receive a month’s supply of Lizi’s Indulgent Moments granola (equivalent to x4 – 350g packets of granola)
    • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Nutritional information can be found on the Waitrose website:

The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

1. A winner will randomly be selected from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
2. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Lizi’s or Social Network Solutions. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
3. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is ready to be delivered.
4. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
7. The winner agrees to the use of their name, social handle and content shared in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8. The winner’s names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: hello@wearesns.com marketing@lizis.co.uk 
9. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Lizi’s and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.lizis.co.uk/privacy-policy/ 

Lizi’s shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Lizi’s also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
