When will my order be delivered?
Order by 13:00 for same day dispatch - We try to ensure all orders that are received by 13:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day; provided there are no problems processing the order or accepting your payment. However during busy periods like Christmas, we recommend you place your order as early as possible, as there can be small delays when we receive high order volumes.
UK Standard Delivery - If you are not in a hurry your order will be sent using Hermes which is completely free for all UK Mainland customers when you spend £25.00 or more. Most orders dispatched using this service will arrive within 2 working days once it has left our premises, however please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us to let us know it has not arrived as we are unable to contact Hermes to look into late deliveries until after that time.
UK Express Delivery - We use DPD Next Day. This service is for UK Mainland comprising of England, Wales, Scotland excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Offshore Islands.
International Delivery Information
Non UK Mainland - EU & International Standard Delivery - This option is for all destinations outside of UK mainland. Your order will take 3 to 10 workings days to arrive depending on where it is being sent.
Import Duties - If you place your order from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your package reaches your country of residence. Good Carb Food Company cannot be held responsible for any such charges and we are unable to provide information on what those costs might be.
If you are buying internationally, you can contact your local customs authorities for full details on the costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which your order is being imported. Please be aware that your parcel may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and the Good Carb Food Company cannot guarantee that the packaging of your order will be free from signs of tampering.

Missed Deliveries - If no one is at home to sign for the parcel a missed delivery card should have been put through your letterbox with instructions on how to have the parcel re-delivered on a day that you are available. Please read the card carefully as most companies will return any undeliverable parcels back to the sender (in this case us) after 7 days.
Lost or damaged - All though very rare this can happen from time to time, if your order has not arrived within the time specified on this page, or your item/s have arrived damaged please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
